A walk in the woods on the first day of spring



Upon the beginning of spring I went for a walk in the woods. I didn’t go anywhere far, just I went to the forest near home. There were already the first signs of approaching snowfall and increasing winds. As the plan was to capture the first signs of spring with a macro lens, the strengthening of the wind and snowfall would not be of help. There are not many signs of spring in nature yet, so only willow roots reminded of the beginning of spring. Other pictures here were taken of last year’s plants, which had dried up but remained well up despite the snowy winter.
