I bought new tripods for my photo equipment. The leg broke of the old one was broken. It could still be used, but it was a good pain, because one leg of the tripod was not attached properly.

Before I had a tripod, now I also have a small Manfrotto tripod.

One of the tripods was a small tripod called Manfrotto Pixi Evo 2. It is a light little tripod that I always carry with me from now on when there is no bigger tripod.

In addition, I ordered a quick-lock plate for the tripod from Aliexpress. From Aliexpress, precisely because the record cost 10 € there, we have 40-50 € in our stores. The quick lock plan works nicely, so there is no need to regret that cheaper product.

The tripod is pretty nice. It weighs about 300 grams with a quick release plate. Length when folded is about 25 cm. So a good photo bag to stuff.

SIRUI TRAVELER T-1004XL, BALL HEAD E-10

For a larger tripod, I chose the Sirui tripod T-1004XL with an E-10 ball head. It is an aluminum stand. It weighs 1.6 kg and is 46 cm long when folded.

I have been using this tripod for a while now and I can be satisfied with the choice. It is quite stable even with stronger winds. Seriously, I always lower the center post and don’t use it.
