Due to circumstances, I haven’t been able to go to nature for a while, so I decided to try macro photography with water and oil.

This was my first experiment with this technique. I received my lessons and next time I will try to correct the mistakes I made. It was quite an interesting experience to take such photos.

To take the pictures, I used one larger transparent box cover (unfortunately it was not possible to take a well-shaped glass container), cd boxes, water, rapeseed oil, postcards for background, a constant light circular flash, a flashlight and a headlamp. Of course, there was the camera, a macro lens and a tripod.

Such were the pictures I got today. In the near future I will get a better glass container and try the same technique again.
