Kakumäe peninsula in winter

As a change, I thought of going a little closer, i.e. in Tallinn on the Kakumäe peninsula. I hadn’t been there in a long time, so I thought I could go.

However, when you get there, the problem is often that there is nowhere to park the car, at least not at the top of the peninsula. But I still decided to give it a try. I thought that I would drive a circle at the end of the peninsula once, and if I wouldn’t find a place, I would go to the parking lot on Kakumäe beach and walk to the top of the peninsula. But luckily I found a place to leave the car and made my trip faster.

The weather was cloudy and relatively windy that day. There was a pretty dense fog at sea and the so-called sea effect. My trip only took an hour, but I didn’t want to be there for very long. I wanted to go through the main familiar places and see what could be captured in the picture. I covered the very end of the peninsula.
